ATTRACTIVE PRINCES AND "À LA CARTE" STAYS
The Home Business Residence in Paris offers you any length of stay from one night to several months. Formulas either as a simple let or as a apartment hotel, associated with à la carte services depending on your needs and desires, special formulas for businesses and organisations.
The suites are available from 3.00 pm the day you arrive and should be cleared by 11.00 am on the day you leave.
On your arrival, your suite is entirely equipped and ready to live in.
Pay at your destination: tourist tax.
HOTEL FORMULA
The tariffs include :
- The hotel service and cleaning daily
- LCD flat screen tv with satellite, internet broadband, téléphoneIP
- High speed Internet connection (free)
- Loan of additional equipment (cot, iron and ironing board... as available)
RENT FORMULA
Les tarifs incluent :
- A fully equipped suite with bed made when you arrive and bathroom linen provided
- LCD flat screen tv with satellite, internet broadband, téléphoneIP
- End of stay clean (excluding kitchen area and washing up)
- High speed Internet connection (free)
- Twice weekly cleaning and change of bathroom linen service (excluding kitchenette and washing up)
- Loan of additional equipment (cot, iron and ironing board... as available)
The rent formula includes a deposit : 200€/classic suite, 300€/junior suite, 400€/privilege suite.
The deposit returned at the end of your stay, the suite must be cleared and the kitchen and dishes left clean. Failing this a standard charge of 40€ for cleaning the kitchen and dishes will be made.

OUR ADDITIONAL "À LA CARTE" SERVICES
- Buffet breakfast served in reception : 15€/person aged over 12 ; 90€/person "7 breakfast inclusive" ; 12€/children aged under 12 ; free for under 2s
- Computer / printer : 5€ maximum/hour
- Cleaning on request (letting formula): 20€/Classic Suite ; 25€/Junior Suite ; 30€/Privilege Suite
- Parking : 20€ the day
- Small animals : 10€/day ; 60€/week (vaccinated, tattooed on presentation of the vaccination booklet - entrance to the breakfast room is prohibited)

- Service + : linen service / dry cleaning, mail / fax, ticket booking service, meetings / seminars...(ask us)
REDUCTIONS FOR MEDIUM AND LONG STAYS :
- From 14 to under 30 consecutive nights : 10% reduction
- From 30 to under 60 consecutive nights : 15% reduction
- 60 consecutive nights and over : 20% reduction
